Description

The Secca del Ferraio is 60-70 meters from the coast of San Nicola, in a south-easterly direction. It is an excellent point e The seabed initially appears like a false level of gravel and sand, very rich of algae thanks to the intense brightness. Gradually declines up to 40 meters, leading to a huge boulder with a hat at –23 meters, surrounded by other large agglomerations of_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136d_5badrock.

The journey requires a few minutes of finning, and between rocky passages and corridors beautiful sponges (Axinella cannabina) stand out against the blue background;

easy to come across in large lobsters, forkbeards, conger eels and octopus. Just below the largest boulder, in the cavities it is easy to see lobsters, even large ones.
